About Custom Auto Wiring
Custom Auto Wiring (CAW) has been manufacturing and assembling wire harnesses in Northeast Ohio for 35 years. We are currently located in Barberton, Ohio in our modern 20,000 square feet building. CAW specializes in short to medium run wire harnesses. Our current customers purchase harnesses in quantities of 10 to 10,000. We have modern wire processing equipment to provide the best in quality and service – while keeping pricing competitive due to low overhead. Custom Auto Wiring has small press injection molding on site – and most of our harnesses require custom connectors and wire/terminal over molding. CAW works with an off-site tool and die maker for your custom connector needs, offering design assistance for injection molding. CAW services the automotive aftermarket industry, industrial O.E.M. market, and can contract manufacture to your design with custom packaging available. Custom Auto Wiring also offers high speed terminal cut/terminal blanking and can custom pack individual terminals. We offer JIT programs and lead times of 2-4 weeks for existing production harnesses.
